California Closets Boca ,Scott Schiff, Lori Hoyt Scott schiff, Lori Hoyt, California Closets Boca, California Closets Pompano Inexperienced designers lacking skill and ability , Wrong measurements, sloppy work, wash and repeat designs, Lipstick on pig work

Lori  Hoyt & Scott Schiff run a sloppy wash and repeat business in Boca and Pompano Beach.    Our closets ended up looking like a hurriane hit it.  I wish I could write this mess on my homewoners insurance as they really botched up my home.  My first impression of the company was not great, however since I had used them in Atlanta I thought there would still be a standard expectation of service , but I was deadly wrong!!!      My  experience started when I met with Lori at the showroom and noticed that her slip shod apperance and her amatuerish application of lipstick almost made her look like the "Joker" in Batman.  I understand Boca Raton and Pompano are not known for elegance and class, but I was expecting to see the cirucs acts!!!

The showroom was definitely a show place for all the clowns and misfits walking around looking dazed and confused.   The dispays were poorly constructed and  the closets were incomplete.  I was even told they were undergoing renovations  so to please excuse the appearance.    I also asked to see pictures of her work and she told me she did not bring it with her.  I thought wow , it looked like she had plenty of room to stuff a portfolio in her tent like blouse.    

Sadly,  I still  gave them the benefit of the doubt again because I thought California Closets was a big company and that Boca and Pompano were going to follow the company standard, but I was very wrong.   This is only a franchise owned and operated by Scott Schiff and Lori Hoyt and they basically run it like a sweat shop.  No integrity and their poor work speaks for itself.  

My master closet and my husbands closet had to be redone because Lori could not get the measurement correct . Her lack of skill and inability to implement the design was appalling.   She was not even capable of  ordering the right materials.   We had different doors and colors @!!!!   The installer never showed and Lori never returned any of my Phonecall.   It was complaint after complaint and excuses from Lori and Scott for 2 months and finally I had to just take my losses  and find a real professional to do the job.  

It was complaint after complaint and finally when they called it was  excuses and more excuses from Lori and Scott for 2 months   .Scott was always missing and never available when finally he called me on two occasions to tell me that he was not in the office and that he was very busy and could not get into details about my complaints.    Both times he  sounded distracted with very loud and muffled background music like in a Bar or STrip club. Its a fact that Pompano beach has tons of strip clubs that many of the local guys go to for lunch or just to hang out and word of mouth is that Scott is one of them  so Im sure Scott was busy folding dollar bills into girls bikini's.    

After dealing with these misfits I was convinced that they will be out of business very soon so I took my losses and found a real professional to do the job.   This is not the  california Closet company you get in other states, this is just the ugly little runt of the pack that purchased the name but has no  clue how to run a real company.  Caliifornia closets simply does not care as they have they  the franchise money and all the rest is not their problem.  

 South Florida is full of business that claim to do everything, but in reality they do not know a thing , that is why most of south florida is filled with con artists and frauds because they do not have any other skill.
