California Department Of Motor Vehicles(DMV) DUMB-DUMBER-AND-DUMBEST DMV! Sacramento California

For absolutely nothing whatever I paid a wasted $5-plus money order fee duly submitted to the DMV with the requisite form to receive a mostly incomprehensible copy of my driving record absent any real explanations of terms.

So I simply wrote a clear-cut typed note to the selfsame "Information SERVICES" office providing the record requesting simply a simple WRITTEN explanation of four simple points of inquiry--specifically to abstain from waiting INDEFINITELY for their call representatives to answer their telephones. Simple enough, right? WRONG!

Some INEFFECTUAL FUNCTIONARY wastes time, effort, paper and postage to date-stamp my letter-of-request and directly return it to me attached to a form with the "Other" instruction box checked: to contact them by TELEPHONE to "discuss" the driving record!!!!

It's outright intolerable that these INCAPABLE INCOMPETENTS are paid by state tax dollars to sit so simply upon their INANIMATE, LUMPEN posteriors to INEPTLY push papers that they're COMPLETELY INCAPABLE of overexerting their poor little overworked wrists to simply write a short letter to an inquiring state taxpaper.

If steroidal Governor AH-nold really aspires to "pump up" state government then he could start amongst other places at the INDOLENT AND INACTIVE DMV PRETENDING TO BE A "PUBLIC SERVICE AGENCY"!!!!
