In November, 2006. I gave a deposit of $7500.00 To Mr. Alex Rodriquez for the instalation and construction of a patio Fireplace and Grill. The work was to be completed by the end of December 2006. Well its Febuary, 2008. and no Installation or products have been received. Mr. Rodriquez refused to answer my calls and even after a certified letter was sent in January 2008, Mr. Rodriquez is still avoiding any calls from me.
My check was cashed the same week I gave the deposit and this company is now dealing in Criminal Fraud.
I even contacted the Corporate Office in California and they would not assist at all due to each individual is considered a seperate Dealership (Distributor).
Consumer Alert Total FRAUD-FRAUD-FRAUD. Do Not Trust This Company.
I will proceed to file CRIMINAL CHARGES against this individual in Broward County.

After several contacts with Mr. Alex Rodriquez. All work is being completed as agreed and in a timely manner. Mr. Rodriquez went out of his way to satisfy me with the delay that occurred. I now highly recommend this company now.

Hello Dr. Gary, unbelievable! I have been trying to get my spa fixed since June 2007 and it is February 2008 and nothing! CALS SPAS and California Grills and Spas DO NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY! So many consumers have been ripped off by CAL SPAS and their DEALERS.
I am writing to you to give you some information that may be useful.
The corporation name is Patio & Grills Design, Inc. d/b/a California Grills and Spas.
The corporate address is 5557 NW 72 Ave, Miami, FL 33166.
Alex's cellular is 786-263-8705 and business number is 305-63-1145 (not that you will have any luck in contacting him).
The registered agent name is under Julia L Rodriguez, 1549 San Rafael, Coral Gables, FL , 33134.
