I am not going to write my story, because will be too long and painfull.  Beware of this company and the way they handle their business. After they repaired our pool leak, my pool (originally constructed by them), a month later my pool was empty and leaking worse than before. I got my warranty on the mail after repairs were completed.  They did not properly diagnoses the pool to begin with, nor have an engineer assess the situation. They say the warranty was only for the crack they repaired and no pre-eisting conditions. We hired them because our pool was leaking, whatever the cause. I hired Califonria Pools and $42,000 dollars later I have a pool cracking everywhere worse than before.

We had to go to arbitration, because it was stated in the contract.  I won, but you can only recuperate a maximun of 15,000 dollars max per the California Contarctors Bureau and they wont rimburse any legal or other espenses you may have during the process.  Truly feeling violated, the decision to go to arbitration was more for personal reasons and principal versus the money lost.

The bottom line, another pool builder, which came to see the pool with an engineer, gave me the professional diagnosis and answers I didn't get from California Pools. and that is the pool need to be completly redone, new deck and build a complete new pool for $45,000. with lifetime warranty.  Amazing, that is only $3,000 dollars diference from what I paid to California Pools.... for nothing but a waste of time and hard-earned money.
