Second anyone paying before products and services are rendered is a looking to get SCREWED.
the terms on a contract are for your protection, $1000 at signing is what all contractors do. 20% to 30% is what most other companies do when the measure your roof, then 50% is when material is at your door step and ready to install, the last bit of % is after city inspection that shows your system is per code.
the owner isn't the owner Jordan Bund is not on any paperwork that makes him responsible to run off with your money.
I live in La Mesa, I signed in December and my system is still not up yet, but he has over 80% of our money and i don't have any plans, modules, inverter i keep getting the run around. I did call the Contractor State License Board and found that this company has problems.
Get everything in writing, They Lie about everything including how long they have been in business 1999 hahahaha they have been in business sense 2009 we got Screwed don't fall for it.
I wont let him on my roof anyway unless he shows me Workers Comp and I've called and verified I wont my money back....... The City of La Mesa gave me a couple of good references.
Look at the companies you bring in call their references newer the better it shows their work habits 4 out of 5 companies I've call can install my system in 1 week for a total of three weeks waiting, its been 6 months.

We at California Solar Innovations challenge the person who wrote this complaint to validate it any way possible. We have not had any calls or e-mails for any of our existing 250 customers that indicate that anyone is this upset with us. Our only La Mesa customers have been satisfied with us. If you indeed did contact the Contractor's State License Board you would see that what you are stating here is patently false. It is easy to anonymously attack a company, especially if you are competition or a disgruntled former employee who has gone into competition (we suspect you are either) with our company. If you are a potential or current customer that is reading this right now please contact me at Jordan [@] csigreenliving.com and allow us the opportunity to discredit these ridiculous allegations.
