Came in to buy a car.  Elivs thats right thats how the Salesman introduced himself... anyway go through the process of buying a car tried to sell me a model i didnt want after telling e they could get me the model wich was to much for my price at a much lower price we  agreed to the price start the paperwork mid way through LUCKLY the nice paper man asks how will you be paying the financing portion wich when i was asked how i was paying i responded cash/check he asked if i wanted to finance i said NO so after i agreed to a price the took that and added a +$10.000.00 finance charge so they tried to stick me with a $10000.00 fastball. cancled demanded to see to see elvis he was "gone for the day" (like he wasent gonna come give me the keys and shake my hand if the sale went fine") ask to see a manager hes gone too i Talk to the coustmer service rep(later on one of the many calls he said i dont deal with coustmers thats right the cs rep said i dont deal with coustmers) ... says someone will get back to you... finally a mamager calls back says come back and well make it right i say how are you going to do that... he sa ill give u a great deal on the car you wanted. i asked what deal cause its along away and i was already scamed once that he tries to offer me more money on the model that i couldnt afford i was truly insulted he tried to get me into the same car for worse price... i go to the top the people who own the place after telling them what happens... i was handled very rudly all the way up to the top person and all in all i was told to go screw myself... the online reports do not lie just look at the online reviews STAY way they will upsell or try to scam you
