This is just an observation as an uninvolved third party.  To the author: If what you say is true and correct, why post it here?  That would be like me posting that I worked for so-and-so for years thinking I was ultimately going to have an interest in the company and they fired me.  There is a proper forum for that kind of stuff; this is not it.

You appear to be an intermediary at best.  You say this or that happened; did you have a contract?  In what way did you 'join up'?  Is it possible that when you joined up that your ideas, work, etc become property of the company?  What does meeting any of these people have to do with anything?  I have met Mark Royals; so what does that have anything to do with being ripped off?

They signed one of your people behind your back?  Did you have an agreement with them or said 'person' stipulating that they may not hire any of 'your people' or that 'your people' may not agree to join their firm?  I am going to go out in a limb and say one, more than one, or all of the above would be answered in the negative.

And then there is the issue of 'your idea' that was stolen.  Why didn't you do it yourself?  You 'had the ideas and the contacts'; what was stopping you?  Why would you give that information without the protection of an NDA or nonsolicitation agreement?

I tend to think that a courtroom is the proper venue if you were wronged as you say.  Now if that did happen and you failed to protect yourself with nondisclosure agreements and such, that is on you.  And if you did, like I said - courtroom.  

To some extent, by airing this publicly you leave yourself open to possible allegations of libel and/or defamation  ("They will steal your info and people..."; "These guys should be in jail!" would imply that they are criminals.  If that is not completely true, that strikes me as libelous and defamatory.  Just sayin'.)  I would suggest you use what legal recourse is available and refrain from doing what you are doing here.  From my point of view, it would seem the only one who ripped you off was you (or your attorney if he or she did not advise you to adequately CYA).  

All in all, it sounds like you were naïve, out of your depth, or both.  If I were you, I would retract this report because seems to be a word salad of a rant that had nothing to do with whether or not the company is harming its customers.

Just my two cents.

Our corporate Attorney is in the process of obtaining  a court order that will allow us to get the IP address, contact information of the party responsible for posting this malicious lie. I can assure you, whomever you are that I will pursue every legal remedy to clear my name and hold you responsible for posting this absolute fabrication.
