This retailer or how they call themself a RE-SELLER is a TOTAL SCAM. They sell international phone cards through their web site. But biggest con in that they don't show you THE REAL rates. I did purchased a few international calling cards through their web site and I read all the details about each card. Everything seemed to be fine BUT when I start using the cards they hit me with OUTRAGES hidden charges and extra fees... I called the customer service of one of the cards that I bought and got a brief explanation of what are THE REAL RATES are...

HERE YOU GO: You are buying a phone card worth of $20, after your purchase they hit you with an activation fee of $0.89-0.99, so now you have around $19 worth of the talk time. After that they hit you with $3 taxes on $20 purchase, so now you at $16 of the talk time and you didn't even called anywhere. After that you making you first call and now you are getting charged not just the rate that been advertised but an additional 15-20% on each call length and price of course. After that you kind of noticed that you talked too little and payed so much, cause there no more money on your card. Just call customer service with complaint don't be shy... Did you called? Of course you did, remember it's your money, right? And here comes the explanation: You have been charged wrong rate and you will get the refund and recalculation by the right rate, but it will take some time. period. a lot of time. period. To be honest it will take all the time in the world, so basically forever. You will never get you refund.

Yeah by the way, you don't need to call the customer service of the callingcards.com, cause they have nothing to do with the ADVERTISED information on THEIR web site and especially with THE RATES which they have ADVERTISED! You have to deal with the calling card company itself and their customer service. Which is absolutely useless and ignorant. But the customer service of the callingcards.com is even more ignorant! You ask why? Cause they don't care. They got their money and you are the looser who believed their advertisements and rate charts...  END OF THE STORY. NOT SO HAPPY END... Just for us I guess... customers...
