calmco, olympus servicing, fairbanks capital selling loans and charging late fees ripoff business from hell austin Texas

Our loan started out with comco. durring our second year of payments we missed one. I caled comco to make payment arrangements. They said everything was fine, we could make it up in three installments.

The payment we missed was februarys. March 1st is when we made the arrangements. Instead of dragging out three months we decided to take care of it, and had cought ourselves up by april 1st. We thought all was fine.

Shortly after we cought all of it up, they sold our loan to olympus servicing. we began getting letters saying that we were hundreds of dollars behind. we called olympus to get everything straight.

After a year of faxing, and refaxing, and refaxing... our canceled checks, and having people say they will investigate it and contact us within 10 days(which they never did), and being told they never received our faxes, we finaly get a letter in the mail saying that the matter has been closed , that we didnt owe them the money. We finaly thought it was done.

Three months later we get a letter saying that they have sold our loan again, to fairbanks capital corp. ok fine, we submit our payment to this company. low and behold. Were late. the payment date we have always hade of the fifteenth is now the first. But no one told us, and we are being charged a percentage for every day after the first we submit.

Then here is the best part, we again are hundreds of dollars behind from the missed payment in february. So we start the battle over again with this company. Finaly they tell us that the money due is for late fees that no one mentioned to us for two years and that they have been charging us intrest on the overdue late fees for two years!!!!

Now after two years and three companies, of which they all claim not to comunicate with each other we make a strange discovery while filing our taxes this year. the loan company calmco and the loan company olympus both have the same address, and on top of that olympus, and fairbanks capital both have the same phone number. that tells me that all three companies are actually ONE huge RIP_OFF!
