We were called at dinner time on Christmas eve - with this fabulous offer - you have been selected through your Visa Card to be offered this opportunity to take a wonderful holiday....in Orlando...Daytona and a Bahamas Cruise...
Well we all want holidays - we are paying 10% (US$498.00) - we need to attend a sales presentation - this is okay - we might even buy an apartment....but its all fake!!
I called my bank within minutes of putting down the phone realising I was ripped off - but the funds had already been debited. My card was cancelled in case they tried to debit further funds...
Now I cant get through to them to cancel the deal on thier supposed 21 day cooling off period.
If anyone can advise how Australians are getting their money back please let me know.

I'm sorry to hear your were enticed into this "deal".
I was part of this company for a couple of yrs and can say first hand that some of the "rip off" reports were filed under MY name b/c I was the Manager in 2006.
IT SUCKS TO BE INVOLVED W/ A COMPANY THAT HOLDS THEMSELVES TO SUCH LOW STANDARDS... Please see your terms and conditions to cancel your package...call them right away and you may be able to get your money back...some day. When I left, they had months and months of credits/refunds to be done and were sooooo backed up...the company had limited funds to credit with....but thegood news is that they WERE refunding those that cancelled within the time alotted.
