They made inappropriate comments abused & mistreated .....

Tonight I had a lengthy conversation with John Marphy. They have my husband opening an account in 1987, and since we were married in 86, I am the financial advisor. My husband had bad credit, there was no way he could have ever opened an account. I have spoken to a "Mary" before who stated that our account with them didn't make much sense since we have had 4 mortgages and very good credit. Also they could not tell me much of anything about this account. She at least questioned the reality of this.

But tonight this John guy was very rude and unprofessional. Refused to answer my questions, only wanted to talk to my husband. He would not allow me to talk to anyone else but him. Here are some actual statements. "Your husband needs to file a complaint to the police for fraud, against you." "You secretly opened the account." "You didn't pay to escape this claim." "There's more to the situation than you want your husband to know." "I had a hunch but now I know that you opened the account." "I don't care who you are, you are wasting my time." "I am ending this call, 5,4,3,2,1,." "I am refusing to talk to you, I only will talk to your husband."
