We have had non stop repair issue with this vehicle since days after purchase. We took it in for it burning oil over a month ago and they blamed it on the oil change place that we had a oil change at. The Oil change place is not at fault this car had major engine issues prior to us purchasing it they just did not disclose them to us. We have been complaining about the car burning oil for awhile and when it was under warranty they said it didnt need the engine replaced. Now that our warranty has expired now we need it replaced. We have had the car exactly 6 months and cannot drive it and still owe 8k on it. They refuse to work with us. They sold us a bad car and now were stuck with it. I have contacted the BBB and a attorney and I hope that someone can get them to own up to their mistake and repair this engine.

It was a used car with a warranty and when the engine started having issues due to ongoing oil burning they did not say to replace the engine when the car was under warranty. They wait till the next oil burning issue when the warranty just expires and then says we need a new engine. They knew that the time before that but they were so busy trying to blame the oil change company for not putting enough oil in the car. We went back to the oil place and they stated if they had not put enough oil in we would not have been able to drive 2800 miles  after leaving there. Its one problem after another and now all of sudden when the warranty expires the engine needs replacement. They knew it needed to be replaced due to this issue over a month ago and at that time it wouldve been covered under warranty. The general manager will not call us back nor will they even give us a estimate for the repair. They are unprofessional scams and even the oil place said this car had issues back in January with oil burning it just didnt start up now. One thing after another with this car since we bought it in November.

Was this a New or Used car?

If it was Used did you purchase it "As-Is" or do you have a written warranty?
