Camelot Homes - Honeymoon Homes & Fairlane Homes ripoff results in lack of accountability and enforcement Littleton New Hampshire

We put a deposit on a modular home from Camelot Homes in Littleton NH in February, 2003. The order was finally put in to the company in June, suppose to be delivered July 18th and wasn't delivered until August 18th. The order was changed after we made our decisions on color, etc and was wrong when it came in. The delivery drivers were already gone when we found out. The company does not want to correct the problems including but not limited to an entire master bath in the wrong color, every square inch of molding in the house that came in white instead of oak, cracks in ceilings and walls that they refuse to fix and so on.

I have consulted with an attorney and the only problem he sees is the Arbitration clause they use to keep their sorry butts out of a real court.

I would like to hear from other people who have had problems with any of the companies owned by Rene LeFleur which include Camelot Homes, Fairlane Homes and the now out of business Citation Homes. LeFleurs name came up as did his shady companies and comments from a former employee as well as unhappy customers. The BBB is useless as well as the Attorney Generals office so it looks like the unhappy customers will have to band together and make things right.
