I ordered a camera lens fro this company as the prices were quite attractive. (First Mistake)
The site informed that there were items in stock. I paid for Super Saver 2-4 day delivery.
After 4 days I asked for an update on my goods only to be told:
"Hello, thanks for
emailing, unfortunately due to sheer popularity, there is a delay in the
shipment of this item, your order is due for imminent dispatch, as soon as we
dispatch your order you will be notified by Email"
I was told this twice in one day - template e-mail???
When I asked if the items were in fact in stock, I was assured they were but they dispatch goods in chronological order
Almost 2 weeks later and I am still trying to get the goods. I am being told the items have been dispatched. On asking them for a tracking number for the goods as supplied by the courier I met with "The courier is ******, I am having difficulty locating the tracking numberat the moment"
Surely if they dispatched the items they would have the paperwork and tracking number?
I have also tried to check the authenticity of there VAT number but so far it does not seem to check out. My next step is to get in touch with Customs and Excise to confirm authenticity.
I have been informed the goods should reach me by this Friday, a week after being dispatched and 11 days after ordering (2-4 days????) and still no tracking number
I would be very careful in my decision on using this vendor for any further purchases
Unfortunately I made the error of paying by Debit Card so if my items are never delivered i have made an expensive mistake. As for cancelling the order and requesting a refund, judging by reviews for them , I would be causing more headaches for myself

Just to say that the VAT number for this company checked out OK. They are still refusing to give me a tracking number for my shipment but say I should have the item by the end of the week......I wont be holding my breath on this one
