I too was a victim of camerasandparts.com. I sent in my Daughter's Canon Powershot SX20IS 12.1MP Digital Camera back in in 02/2013. After some time, they claimed they had never received it. Luckily I sent it FedEx Ground with a signature required so I was able to provide them the date it arrived and the name of the person who signed for it. At first, the person on the phone was pleasant enough and said they would get right on it. Nothing ever came from this and the last response I received of any kind was way back in February!
The incompetence of this company essentially ended my teenage Daughter's budding interest in photography. She's given up hope of ever getting it back.
I'm glad I found the 'ripoffreport.com' site while looking for some more effective way to report these crooks. I was shocked to see the exact same thing happened to others! Thought maybe I was an exception.
NOTE: These crooks have recently moved from El Paso, TX to Lakewood, CA but it's the same company!

I did a reverse address check on this business as I live in Lakewood and found that it goes to The UPS Store which makes the address of this company, nothing more than a mail drop.
I would suggest the the victim contact the police as well as filing a notification form with the Postal Inspector for investigation for mail fraud.
I've seen another company which appeared in Ripoffreport which used the same address for their business and the victims of that company never received what they ordered either.
I would suggest the before sending precious items to a company you're not familiar with, that you do research on the company first. A simple reverse address check which can be done via White Pages can tell volumes about a company as this would have told the victim that he was sending his daughter's camera to a mail drop which is being used more and more by unscrupulus companies.
