This company continuously persists in ripping off users banning users not responding to users email's and various other scenario's. They do not handle situations in a professional manor what so ever and have a bunch of unprofessional users running there help desk and also administrating the program. I myself personally have seen these scenarios first hand when i used to be a voluntarily operator for the "CamfrogHelp" room. I have seen the camfrog administrator who is supposed to be anonymous banning users off camfrog and telling myself "Djvibe" and "4nthony" when this information is supposed to be confidential.

However the reason i am writing the following report also is to stop all these kind's of situations from happening and also stop camfrog from stealing property like Server codes,Bot codes,Pro codes from being stolen from users by users like "Jetta" who cannot handle situations in a professional manor and continues to do childish things like banning codes NOT REALISING us users have paid for them codes. Also another scenario i would like to bring up is the fact of camfrog not responding to users email's and just blatently ignoring users and sending them auto responses just because they cannot be bothered to take the time of day to respond to any user unless they are a room host or they are making money from them.

The last scenario i would also like to point out is the fact they ban various amounts of users without giving them a valid reason now personally i think this is totally wrong due to the fact half the time the users get banned for no reason or if they are banned for a reason they should be told why via email. If you feel you personally as a user of camfrog have been discriminated against or any of the points i listed apply to yourself please post back as this NEEDS to be stopped Thankyou
