I purchased a cocker spaniel puppy on August 21, 2012 for my family. The ad proclaimed, she is AKC registered and has a champion pedigree. She was purchased for $700.00. The breeder the puppy was purchased from was: Camic Cockers, owned by Candy Courchesne, 355 Paradise Island Drive, Haines City, Florida 33844. I do not have a current phone number; the previous number is not in service. This breeder was formally located at 53 Barker Street, Three Rivers, Massachusetts 01080. Phone number was 413-205-6398 and 413-205-6397.
The breeder sold this puppy as a pet and required her to be spayed in one months time or she was to be repossessed. This was performed and the breeder was notified. Copies of the spay papers were emailed and contact information for the veterinarian was sent. However, after all this and repeated requests the breeder has refused to send the registration papers on this puppy. She states they are useless since I am not breeding or showing her. I purchased this dog as an AKC registered animal and I would like the papers to prove it. I do not even know if this dog is really registered or able to be registered. She was born January 5, 2012, indicated by her shot record. Apparently, this dog was from another kennel prior to Camic Cockers. Her shot record designates her original owner/breeder as: River Haven Kennels, Dianne Jones of 2860 St. Rt. 376, Stockport, Ohio 43787. Probable phone number is 740-559-2150. Candy has lied that she was sending the papers repeatedly. I am just sick of this. so if you want registration paper with your dog this is not the person you want to get it from.

Very simply, don't trust Candy, buyer beware, do business elsewhere. Despicable business practices, outrageous contract terms, bait & switch.

You bought a champion buff dog from me. In trade for two champion pedigree breedable girls. you send a black/tan girl with a bad bite and cherry eye. and a tri girl thats was too tiny I couldnt do anything with but sell a pet. I sold the tri girl to miss impatients, she got dog spayed and i sent her papers to akc directly. impatients wrote this rippoff for no reason and now has her papers in a timely fashion.
as far as your concerned. i have two dogs i cant do anything with(one now, i cant even get 400 for this dog to a good home!). so.... send me the difference in money as we discussed and i will send you the boys papers. YOu can mail money to my vet and he will send out the papers.
YOUR not screwing me with your crap dogs.

papers for your dog. IMPATIENT LIAR!
Right? you have your papers to a spayed dog that are useless to you. i sent them as i stated to you.

Yes, your puppy was sold directly to Candy with papers. She is champion sired. As the original breeder we are working with the American kennel Club to resolve the issue. Her registry number is SR71284305
River Haven Kennel was also ripped off by Candy connected to this same transaction as we never recieved the registration papers for the dog we traded for either.
While I fill out all paperwork here at River haven kennels this particular litter of merle's is owned by my husband Charlie. Puppy will stand up to DNA testing, as would all our puppies.
