I hired this attorney as he use to have a high level reputation of having integrity and winning case. This is my personal experience and not providing any legal advice. Something changed in him. He is not the same guy. He is a crook and will doublecross you.  I paid him 2500 for a custody case. He did not return any emails  or calls. I felt like I was still without legal representation and told him that. Since he didn't file within the first few days and pretend to be reviewing my file but evidence by private investigator proves otherwise I was forced to complain to the cc company. I filed for a refund with cc company and he then responded and said it would be ready in a few days and keep waiting. I waited 14 more days which ment a total of 30 days and he still would not respond to emails as the concerns for my daughter were growing. I filed for a refund this time with the cc card company as he had proved to be untrustworthy and I am  determined not to be distracted by his legal tricks of stalling time and games. He then responds and lies saying he was waiting for an approval from me on documents he  claim to have sent  several days ago. He lied. I knew then time to stop this criminal. He literally went on 8 hour rant trying to create conversation, agitation and distraction.  He never sent anything as we agreed via email. Even if he claims now to have  mailed it. He refused to provide me with anything that's for sure. He then abandon me walking away with 2500.

I filed a complaint with the bar association and with FBI as this fraudsters needs to be put in jail. Then he started responding trying to agitate and rattle me with his unprofessional behavior. I'm not sure how he sleeps at night. He has friends from the rotary club that work at the bar association board and also personal ties to the juvenile court judge family so be very careful with these snakes and crooks. They clearly would like and have fake criminal charges placed on you.  They all work together. DOCUMENT EVERYTHING. COLIN MORRIS IS ALSO IN THEIR RING . David Camp reward will probably be the next judge that's why he doesn't care about the reputation of the business. Keep watching. He will change the business name under ALexander the new kid on the block while he step in the judges seat. Way to go for stealing David whoohoo, causing undue stress and damages. He didn't need the money this guys owns several business. So why David did you sell your soul? People trusted you and you betrayed them for the power. Evil.  He will not get away with this. Any other victims this is not legal advise but file police reports, and report incidents to the bar about  these crooks and to the FBI create a paper trail for everything so the next victims get closer to the FBI step in and help all of us. DO NOT TRUST HIM. Make America smart again.
