this person has signed a contract to purchase an rv from dealership , who had made PRIOR finance arragement thur a rv lending company , upon sign contract  we foward a copy to such lending company  for funding , and payment to dealership after the approval was completed  by the rv lending company ,the mother of applicant called the lending company and said the purchase was for her and NOT for the applicant , but the mother had very poor credit  and could not obtain a loan , so the mother indicated to lender she would make the payments  and keep the loan in daughters name .

 the lender informed the dealership that this loan is illeagle and called a straw loan , could not be approved

in short the buyer had secured an loan  and then overstepped  her rights and improper false info to lender and loan was declined by the lender

 had she come to dealership and processed entire sale loan and purchase thru dealership  we would have been able to complete sale  and deliver an rv to her , as we would have proved TRUE and correct information to lender

 the actions by this individual  made the sale null and void NOT by the dealership , therefore NO refund is due or is customer entitled to such refund

 futher more the dealership has incurred  more than $1000 in costs and time spent on the possible sale
