Camping World Council Bluffs Iowa and Thor motor home No Service on 2018 Thor motorhome Iowa

I  have a  SUPER BIG  problem with  Camping  World  of  Council  Blufs  and   Thor  Freedom  Elite Motor Home.  I was  told by  Camping  World  to  make a  list of  wnat I found  was  wrong  on  the  motor home  NOTHING  HAS  BEEN FIXED  YET.  Motor  Home  was  bought  Brand   NEW  March  2018   1st  fire  extinger  fell off  the  wall  but  my husband  fixed it  when  we  did not  get  service   2nd  Window by  table  Makes  air noise  so  we  are t o get more insulation  3rd  when we  drove motorhome  to our  residence  the next morning  we  found  a  bar  that  fell off  by  the  tires  Camping  world  said  bar  did not  come off  the   motor home  but my husband  found where it goes onto the  mud flap  to hold  it  on  so now  I have a  shredded mud  flap  and  no bar  cuz  camping  world  kept  the  bar  and  also have a  tear  in  the motor home  siding    4th  Now  part of  the molding of  the  counter  by  the  stove  started  to pull  away  and  sticks out that  u  could  get hurt  if  you do not  watch when   walking out the  door  5th  side  door has not latched  and locked  the  correct  way  since  March  2018  6th  Storage  area  has a  piece of molding  that  fell  off 

When  I gave the  list  to  Camping  World  htey  told me  I have a  friday  camper  I  asked what  a  friday  camper  was  They  said  a  Hurry up  job  so  the  workers  could  go home  for  the  weekend Good  to  know NOT  THere is  approval  to  do  all this work  except  for  the  window Camping  World  asked me  to take pictures  of  the window   I  did  two  times and  emailed  them the pictures   I had  made one trip  to  Council  Bluffs  from  Storm Lake  Iowa  where  they could of  took  their own window  pictures  but  was not  done  Camping World  said  my pictures  not  wisible  for  #s  they need  I  tried  twice  and  I  would  say  that is  their job to take the pictures  if  they need them  

So still no service from Camping World as of August 2018 from March to August

Thor  called me   and  asked  me  to find another  business  to do service work  and  I went  to  another  business  that  sold  Thor  They  told me   Thor  does  this  all  the time  to them   The  other place  will not help me  as  long as  they have  their  own  customers  that  need  service  help  and  I will  Have  to  take a  chance  on when and  if  I  can  get  serviced 

To  get  some  service  before  my  year  warrenty   is up   the only thing  left   to  do   is  for  Thor   to  send me  a  gas  card  and  have  me  drive  to the  factory  and  put  my   Thor  motor home  thur  the  line  again  at   the  factory  or  send  me somebody  to  fix what  needs  to be  fixed

I  cannot  believe  a  motor home  made in the US  and guaranted  for   one year  and  I cannot  get  what needs to  be  fixed   should  of  been  fixed  before   motor home   was  delivered    to  be  sold
