If I could give this company a half a star of less I would. My husband and I purchased a brand new 28 foot Jayco Trailer for just under $30k and after our third camping trip (1 month after purchase) we had 22 items fall apart on us, including an outlet that never worked and a refrigerator that went out. It has been horrible to get items fixed or replaced.
We are now having to fight with Jayco/camping world on the urgency of getting our trailer back, so we don't have to cancel camping trips and lose out on our deposits. They have had our trailer for 3 weeks and nothing is fixed. It feels like we bought a used trailer not a brand new one and no one, camping world or Jayco cares.
