After they installed it, my generator would not operate so that they could demonstrate how to operate the unit. So I made an appointment with them to check out the generator. When I returned my RV to Tippy Toe RV storage in Longs, SC, I mentioned to them the problem with the generator and they informed me that they had a serviceman who could fix the unit there, so I cancelled my appt. with Camping World. We went on a trip in Jan and could not get the Wolly Dish system to work, so I made an appointment with Camping World and told them that they had installed the unit and I never received a demonstration on how to operate it.

When I had it checked out and received a demonstration on its operation, they had the RV hooked up to their electrical supply and did not use my generator which was fully operational. So at check out I had to pay $ 150.00 for the service. I complained that I never received a demonstration of the unit after spending appro. $ 2500.00. Robin said she would not process my CC payment until she spoke with her Mgr. . Well the Mgr. refused my claim because I cancelled my appointment with them to have my generator serviced with them.

This was total BS because I had the generator repaired and in reality, it really didn't matter because they could have hooked my RV up to their electrical supply, after the installation. Then the operation of the Dish unit could have been demonstrated, and that would have been the end of it. It's really ashame that they have some good people working there, but one poor money hungry decision, my a Customer Service Mgr., helps ruin their business ! I hope this gets to someone in their higher management that has a concern for their business survival, but I am afraid it will fall on deaf ears
