cana marketing inc Charged my credit card $89.03 two weeks after I ordered FREE product & paid $4.95 shipping. Tampa Florida

I ordered the pay for shipping only to receive free product (face cream). @ weeks later they billed & $89.03. When I called and asked why they stole my money they said I had agreed to have $89.03 charged every month to continue to receive this worthless cream. I said I agreed to no such thing. They said they would refund 50% of the amount. I refused.

I filed a report with the BBB in Tampa, FL. They (Canaserum) responded to the BBB by saying they tried to refund my money but there was a clerical error and were in the process of, again, attempting to refund my money with a check. Over a month later and I still have no check. I think I will contact the A.G. in Florida to see if they can put these crooks out of business.
