I ordered a jacket from a company I believed to be the real Canadian Canada Goose Jacket company. The web site had exactly the same logo and exactly the same web page design.

Imagine my surprise when my jacket arrived and the shipping address was SHANGHAI. Not only that but the jacket was about 3 sizes too small.

When I contacted them about returning it (couldn't do it from the shipping label or invoice because they were written in Chinese) that's when the run around started.

They have offered me a gift on my next order - told me that the bank would charge me a 25% fee and that shipping would cost about 30% of the cost of my order.

To date I still haven't even received an address that I could return the jacket to or a contact number so I could get in touch with them

Just keep getting these emails addressed to me as Friend - well I am not their friend. Be warned - never order from this online site.
