I certainly hope this report deters people from buying anything from this company. 

A friend wanted a Cancda Goose Montebello Parka which retais for $745.00 on the Canada Goose site. The same price or even higher on other sites. She does not have a credit card, so I agreed to make the purchase for her. I googled the Parka and discovered a site named Canada-GooseOutlet.com selling the coat for $220 with free shipping but not in the color my friend wanted. When I told her about the price markdown in the "Outlet" site, she was ecstatic and opted for the color that was on sale. 

I placed the order for her and thought it was a done deal. The Parka did not arrive on the projected date, so I went to the site and used the contact form to complain. I received an email from 365dayscustomerservice@gmail.com allegedly from a woman named Ella. I didn't connect the dots right away and several emails later I looked closely at the email address. I immediately suspected a problem because the email address was a gmail acccount, highly unlikely for a successful compnay like Canada Goose.

I called Canada Goose and they warned me about fraudulent internet sites selling knockoff items. The confirmed that they do not have an outlet site or an outlet store. 

I called my credit card company and reported the fraud and they offset the charges. I then purchased the Parka from a reputable dealer I located on Amazon. When the Parka arrived a day earlier than projected, I drove my friend to the Post Office to pick up the package and it was indeed a genuine Canada Goose parka. Both my friend and I were happy.

This morning my friend called an said that she had a package at the post office. I drove her there and she picked up the package. It was the knockoff parka from the phoney outlet site. She immediatelly said this is not a real Canada Goose Parka and when I examined it and compared it to the one she was wearing, she was absolutely right. 

Stay away from this company. Remember they have two sites so avoid both of them, if you don't mind cheap knockoffs that are not worth the price they are selling them for.
