Canadian Pharmacy N/a Took money of my account, never provided with cream that I wanted to purchase from them. Was not refunded for the amount that was debited from my account. Now I receive hundreds of emails from this Vancouver, Internet

I also receive hundreds of emails from this so called company even though I have never ordered from them. Most all spams come from other spammers with a link to Canadian Health&Care Mall. I have been tracking some of the domains used to send the spam to China, Russia, USA, and Russia etc. It takes time, but if I am able to get the correct host, they will shut that domain down. Problem is, they have hundreds of domains. I also noticed, once you open the link in the spam mail and close it, it will not allow you to re-open it again. Always times out.

When you are on the site of Canadian Health&Care Mall, if you look in the address bar you will see their domain name and again they have many. I did call them and I get the same Indian sounding person and his excuse is other companies are sending out spam to hurt their company. We all know this is BS. They show they have locations in the USA or California & Canada and give the address, but that is also fake. From what I have found, they are either based in India or Russia or both.

If you paid with a credit card, why cant you dispute it and get a refund. If VISA, Mastercard etc. get enough complaints, they wont let them accept charges. Ask your credit card company for the name of the company it was processed under and see if they can give you contact information. In any case, they should be able to refund your money if you did not receive the product or it was faulty. I also get tons of calls to refill a prescription from Canandian companies who I never bought from. I ask for their number and say I will call it back and write it off the called ID.

When I call back its a company but not theirs and they somehow spoofed having that companies number show on the called ID than theirs. If they do not have a valid phone number you  can call back on or verift, stay away. Also get their address and google it as well. There are many ways to check a company just like here on Rip Off. Always file a dispute with your credit card company. If they get a lot of charge backs, they will terminate their account. If you know how to find their host for each spam you receive, look up their domain and find out who is hosting them and file a complaint. Check Whois.com
