In January of 2008 I won a judgement against Canadian Snack Supply Limited for breach of contract. They stated they would find locations and supply candies for the machines at a lower cost then to purchase them at the stored. I purchased 5 machines for $8800.00.
After 6 weeks of waiting they sent a representative from Monarch who did not know what he was doing and was out looking for lacations on the day he came over to intall the machines. Only4 locations were found for the machines and 2 of the locations did not even have 10 employees. I was sitting on on machine while 2 were in one location. within a few weeks all the companies asked for them to be removed because of lack of sales from the machines.
I contacted Canadian snack supply many times. They stated they would not pay me back even though they were in breack of contact. I took them to court and won a judgement against them in January 3rd of 2008.
I have since tried filing papers to get an examination exam against the compnay but they will not accpet any mail and on july 28th disconnected their phone number. these guys need to be put in jail and I would like anyone else who has been defrauded by this conpany to contact me at (((REDACTED FOR SECURITY PURPOSES)))@hotmail.com so we can all file a class action law suit against this company.

This is to all who have been lied to and money stolen from Canadian Snack Supply and Monarch. Please get in touch with me so that we can talk. CSS has changed their phone # again and can't be reached. This is the second time they have done this. We need to put pressure on them so that they produce what is ours, "OUR MONEY". Look me up. PLEASE!
