Canal Insurance Not pay out monies for auto accident Greenville South Carolina

My son is in Alaska Anchorage was struck by one of insured drivers by canal insurance my son told me what occured I told him to be ontop of insurance carrier due to insurances committing fraud. He then notified me a few months later stating that he spoke to 2 represenatives and they gave him the run around?? I told him well just stay ontop of them if you want your monies. Well he calls me march 1st 2017 upset stating a check was mailed out and if I recieved it I then told him no check came ever. He said just as I though mom I told him they are lying to you he says someone got the check and cashed it I then told him that was impossible they are sitting on thier monies. I know how insurances and health and home insurances work they all have a quota to make every year and if not paying on claims is a way to save their jobs so be it. I find this fraudulent and alarming that we the people of USA pay our monies to protect our investments and way of life. Then to pay auto insurances home insurances and health insurances to have them run a fraud skeem around our lives. I believe that Canal Insurance company is sitting on the monies and finding any which way not to pay a claim that thier customer hit and ruined my sons automobile. Finding he is young but not ignorant and they feel that they can get away with this. I have this letter in front of me reading it and contacted Canal Insurance gave them my opinion and they said why would they do that I said companies are known for all this rep then says their is the check# their is the accounting # check was issued out and now me my son and husband have to go to our bank to sit and have it notorized and waste our times to fill all this bolonga out. I have been here @ my address for 6 yrs and never had anyone cash any checks ever this is a first occurance @ our home. This company is good but not that good if they paid the monies I would have mailed check to my son. I guess it comes to show that when you research a Insurance company you find enough evidence that they are liars and crooks sitting on the monies. I will have this affidavit filled out today and mailed out today see how long it takes this Insurance Canal Insurance carriers to do right by an American Citizen. How I hate fraudulent companies all need to be investigated for us the people.
