The FDA recently banned the sale of Vetsulin in the United States.  The same medication is sold in Canada under the name Caninsulin.  77canadapharmacy.com markets the sale of Caninsulin for shipping to the US.  In early April 2011, I ordered 3 vials because my dog is not doing well with other insulin products.  I was told that they had just received 1,000 vials and that I would have my order in 7 days.  I was concerned about a 7-day transit time because the medication requires refrigeration and wanted it to ship FedEx.  They told me that their Express shipping for $15 was the fastest available and would be packed in ice.  The product was actually being shipped from the UK.  On 4/22/11, I contacted the company wanting a status on my order.  I was told my order shipped on 4/19/11 but there was no tracking available.  After 11 days in transit, on 4/30/11, the post office attempted delivery.  After inspecting the box, I refused delivery because the box was too small and too light to have contained any ice packs.  On 5/1/2011 I contacted the company and explained why I refused delivery.  They promised a full refund of the $252 I paid for my order within 48 hours.  The refund never materialized and they are no longer responding to my emails.
