i'm writing to say how rude the staff are in your sunset company. i talked to a certain angel and a supervisor who did not help at all. angel actually have the nerve to tell me "i need to work now, and i don't have the time to listen to you".



WOW!



considering they spent 2 hours to talk me into buying the vacation package the first time.... and after they've taken my 399 usd and 700+ usd on 2 diff times ....they suddenly don't have time to listen now.....WOW!



why i gave my credit card in the first place? BECAUSE THEY WILL PROMISE YOU THE STARS AND THE MOON when they're trying to woo you into buying these packages.





disgruntled is an understatement.
