On 13 of june 2011 I received a fax with a vacation package , $189/pp. According to this promotion,I had the option to choose one of their destinations: Cancun, Jamica or Dominica republic,anytime. I would receive 5 nights in 4-5 stars hotel with  all inclusive service.

On 15 of June I call 877-5337050 and the sales person- Sammy Hill- extension 308, received my payment and assure me that I can have this 6 days vacation in any period of time and at any hotel from their offer.sO I paid for this package, $450 for 2 persons on 15 of june 2011 and they give me a confirmation# 9581344.On 4th of october 2011, after I choose NH KRISTAL -Cancun from thei web site , www.international-destinations.com, I called the same person to set up get a confirmation for my option.He told me that I can have an ocean view room at NH Kristal hotel in Cancun from 21 to 26 of December 2011.I asked him if I need to pay any other fees aditional,but he assure me that I need to pay only for gratuities, maximum $99. I asked him to send me an email so I can have a confirmation for my reservation, but I didn`t receive anything.

On the same day he told me that I need to call their customer service department phone# 888-226-8902. So I did so, I call this new phone number, and I explain them thatI would like to have a confirmation in written for my reservation. But, unfortunately, they told me that they are a different company and if I want a vacation for that particular days, I need to pay extra fee $399 for peak season and $250 for hotel taxel and other $200 for other taxes, plus 99 for gratuieties.I told that lady on the phone that it is impossible because I was told that I don`t need to pay anything more, execpt gratuities, $99. I asked for their manager.I spoke to Mrs. Jocelynn Endigal extension 314 and she explain me that they are 2 different companies, that she doesn`t have rooms at the hotel that I want also she doesn`t has availabilities for that days  -21december-26 december,and finally she offered me OCEAN SPA RESORT- in CANCUN,that I need to pay more then $550 extra fees.She was very persistent and she said that my deposit is non refundable anyway. I told her that I have been told that I can have a room at NH Kristal on 21 to 26 December 2011.

The second day my husband called and he was told that acctually there are no more rooms for neither of their resorts in Cancun.I also need to mention that they are very rude, they put you on hold for hours and on 6 of October when I call them again, Sammy Hill from sales department finally he was extremly rude saying ( Go and f**k your self beach. and he hung up )On 5 October I e-mail them regarding my refund but nobody reponde me.All this beeing said I want my money back because I can not trust in a company that is so rude, is lying and is adding fees over night trying tu steal money from you.

On 6 October 2011 I call my bank to give the address of the company who charge my card in june and I found out that this company- 1230 Peachtree street, floor18-19, Atlanta GA-30309, is acctually a scam company.I did research online and there are hundreds of persons in my situation.
