I have so much to say about cancunreservationcenter.com

In April of 2007 I book a 6 day 5 night Cancun Mexico package, for $341 per person. At the time, Anthony Morton, told me my package includes all meals and drinks, unlimited non motor water sports, taxes and gratuities, and my 6 year would be free. He also told me to book my airfare with Cancun Vacations because I will save 5% on airfare. Great! I booked! I went ahead and purchased passports for 2 adults and 1 child.

Some time later I called to confirm my package and I was surprised to find out that I can not purchase airfare through their company. I took notes on EVERY conversation with the several reps I spoke to. A red flag went up!

We received our "Vacation Package", which was a reservation form and a DVD of resorts in Cancun. We noticed we had to send a $99 check (per person) to I.R.R. Inc., for taxes and gratuities. Again, looking at my notes I was told this would be included in the $341 per person Cancun package.

We also paid a $300 fee to extend our package for 6 months.

Finally, I called to book this trip and spoke to Alexis. She informed me that I needed to pay $199 for my 6 year old. This was totally wrong. I knew then this was a scam! I started to question. I would not pay the additional $199 fee for my child, $200fee for peek time travel, and $100 fee for transportation; until they answered some of my questions.

Alexis gave me their License # 34001050049 to "research." When I asked, "What do I do with this number." I was put on hold again and Orlando dropped the price from what Alexis told me. But, couldn't answer my question.

I voiced my concern, to Orlando, about how reps have told me very different things about my vacation package. I do not want to travel out of the country with my 6 year old, if this is not a legit vacation. Orlando told me he is a parent and I should take his word. I then wanted to research on the Internet.

Once I started to do my research, I found other complaints for Cancun Vacations. In the past year there has been at least 3 different web sites. They are as follows: www.cheapticketscancun.com, www.yourcancunvacation.com, and www.cancunreservationcenter.com

Other reps I spoke to are Tim(who is no longer with the company) and Holly. Total amount spent is $1,180. I will seek legal action.
