Candyface International, CF International, Brazilian Hair supplier stole my money after ordering hair months ago, no delivery, no replies to emails or calls. New Rochelle, New York

I ordered some packets of hair from Candyface International aka CF International months ago to the value of $659.60.

The hair was sent to me several weeks late and was not what I had ordered, they were the wrong textures and of significantly shorter lengths. I contacted Sandy Henry the owner of the Company and she said I should return the hair to change them. I sent the hairs back with a courier company, which she acknowledged she received.

After some weeks she sent me a fake tracking number and lied that the hair had been sent out to me. When the tracking number did not work I called her and she did not pick up my calls.  I left her a number of voice messages and sent her emails.

A week after she sent the fake tracking number, she finally replied one of my numerous emails that went unanswered and said the hairs were not sent out as it was not up to standard. I knew she was lying again and was just trying to delay so I sent an email requesting a refund of my $659.60. She ignored my email yet again.

Since I asked for the refund she has not picked up any of my many calls or replied to any of my emails.  She has even gone as far as screening her calls incase I call from a different number.  She is clearly a thief and a fraud.
