I purchased a pair of Air Jordan basketball shoes for my son. I ordered a size 8.5 and they sent me a 9. Second they looked very fake and cheap. The shoes also had labels that seemd to be hand sewn on the inside of the shoe. Third the shoes had the numbers 12 and 3 printed on them in black or silver pen. They came with no box, paperwork or any type of authenticity when shipped they were shipped in a plastic bag with the labeling all in Chinese... No numbers were available for me to contact anyone only email. Oh and did I mention they cost 94.99....

I also ordered from cankicks, my size was a bit large, however when I emailed them they fixed the size defect right away.

Did you try to contact them? You may have well received a defective pair.

I am truly satisfied after receiving the correct item.
