I, Javier Forbes and R. B. Financed Alexander Rodriguez for a i502 license. This license is 1 of 336 total retail lic at the time available. We won lic # 7 in Tacoma Washington. Simultaneously, we were opening a Ommp dispensary in Portland Oregon. In august 2014 Rainier on pine opened Tacomas 1st recreation Retail Marijuana dispensary and we made news coverage. See link below my wife and I are holding the green ribbon. And myself had to wait 3 months so our residency requirement was met. Once we met the state requirment we received the run around Alexander Rodriguez completely screwed us out of our shares and we filed a lawsuit. But he used that to his advantage. He had no money and he was living in his grandmothers efficiency in Hialeah. We spent $300,000+ to get screwed. Alex is a bad guy that cannot be trusted. Investors beware! I will provide update once our trial is over.

At the time of posting my report, I was in litigation with Mr. Rodriguez, and I believed that by posting the report, I would gain leverage in that litigation.
The information that I posted was disputed by Mr. Rodriquez and caused a misunderstanding between Mr. Rodriquez and myself. I have tried to have my report removed, but Ripoff Report has a strict policy of non-removal. I did not understand at the time of posting my report that it could not be removed.
I am posting this retraction now because I have amicably resolved my dispute with Mr. Rodriguez and I am cooperating with Mr. Rodriguez to help him repair any damage that I have caused to his reputation or that of his companies.
