Canpages Inc. , used to be Phoneguide Lied and Scammed Burnaby , British Columbia

Considering Canpages had no legal right to publish anything on behalf of my company because the company has been taken into a completely different direction. The person that was excused lied to us and replied that the Phoneguide was expanding, and promised to rectify the fact that our email never worked and that our internet was never included in the ad.

When we phoned to find out why, there was no corrections to the massive mistakes for our derelect email and internet. We found out that Phoneguide was bankrupt. The representative that had sold us our new advertising had been fired. Subsequently, we tried to find our new representative. We were informed that, that person had been transferred to a completely different territory.

So in retrospect the company that employed the person that was let go is now bankrupt. The person that was let go and the follow-up rep are nowhere to be found. Three months pass with no interaction with Phoneguide. As a result we get an extremely inflated bill from an unknown company called Canpages.

At first we thought it was a huge internet scam. No one in their right mind would pay an unknown company to them a large amount of money out of the blue. My original contract is completely different from the exzorborant amount Canpages demanded. They published a completely different product than we agreed to that we are stuck with for a year.

Not only did we not see or sign a proof for the upcoming phonebook we were told it is not their responsibility to let us know. So yet again we have no internet or email, and we are expected to pay for their mistakes.

I am very upset and disappointed in their business practices.
