[To the person above me] CanVape is a company based out of Toronto, Ontario, Canada(hense the name CANvape). Therefore everything you just stated in whatever that capitolized mess of garbled crap was, is completely irrelivant. Maybe you should be the one thinking before using the computer. As you so elegantly stated, what you're doing truly shows that United States has not educated its people in a way that promotes COMMON SENSE.

Now back to the actual report. I've ordered from CanVape several times and actually ordered from them again just yesterday. I've never had any problems using their payment system through Interac E-Transfer which is in fact A LOT easier than using skrill. The fees included using Skrill are ridiculous. I used it once and ran into the same problems ordering from a Canadian website, never again. IMHO your problem and report should be against Skrill for using a faulty payment system that incorperates a large profit on their end, and royally screws the customer. As of recently CanVape has actually incorperated a Credit Card payment system directly through their website. When you checkout you can use the option to pay by CC and enter all your information there instead of using third party payment systems. Other than that, you can use their Interac E-Transfer feature which I have been using for years and have had no problems. Every Canadian bank offers Interac E-Transfers directly through iPhone or Android apps, which is by far the easiest method. If you don't have a phone, you can login to your online banking and send a transfer from there with ease. 

You should seriously re-consider your report.

 Quit your whinging crybaby. YOU have NOT been ripped off. YOU CHOSE to use the web. By doing so YOU get to deal with it. If THEY are NOT in YOUR COUNTRY then DONT expect that THEY are going to take your countries currency!!! THAT is just YOUR BS ISSUE!!!! Get off that rather ample a$$ and BUY LOCAL!!!!! Just because YOU are some cheap closet case that wont leave the house doesn't make THEM a ripoff. YOU are the problem to ASSUME that everyone will take YOUR currency!!! When YOU ASSUME YOU DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!! Get off the web because YOU have shown that YOU REALLY don't understand how it all works. YOU are causing YOURSELF more damage then you would be to THEM!!! YOU have defamed a honest business BECAUSE they DO NOT take YOUR COUNTRIES CURRENCY!!!! YOU have set yourself up for a lawsuit and THEY WILL WIN IT!!!! Even CANADA has defamation laws. Since THEY are the victim of YOUR SLANDER they get to go after YOU in an American Court!!!!! YUP!!! Extradition is a GIANT pain in the arse. The point is, YOU ARE THE PROBLEM!!!! YOU HAVE ASSUMED!!!! THEN YOU DEFAME THEM ONLINE BECAUSE YOU ASSUMED!!!! YOU made the problem and then WHINE like a child when THEY tell YOU NO!!!! NO! YOU have to pay in USD not CAD!!! They are neither "Unethical" nor are they "Unreasonable". WHY should THEY have to pay for YOU to make a purchase??? Im pretty sure even Canada has stup!dity, but what YOU are doing truly shows that Canada has NOT educated its people in a way that promotes COMMON SENSE!!!!! Im betting YOU are one of those people that thinks that computer in front of you is GOD!!!! But its JUST a tool. If YOU want to buy something from AMERICA then expect to pay with AMERICAN MONEY!!!!!! Do the people of Canada KNOW that YOU are making them ALL look like backwater bumpkins?? They should KNOW that YOU are portraying the people of Canada as dull,dimwitted, and lacking the BASIC SKILL of logical thinking.
