Canvas Champ They failed to ship on time and gave me the run around. They lied to me and misrepresented themselves Nationwide

I ordered a customized pillow from them, but the order did not arrive when promised. When I tried to call the "24/7" customer service line I kept getting an old fashioned answering machine.I tried online chat and it was clear that the operator was not focused on my problem. When I finally got a tracking number out of him, It turned out that no attempt was made to send the item (from India) until the day that the website said that it was due to arrive.

When I finally got through on the customer service line. I couldn't get a straight answer from the first guy I talked to. When I asked to speak to an American call center, he said that he was in the U.S. I asked to speak to a supervisor. When I talked to the supervisor, he told me that he didn't have the power to issue a refund and when I asked to speak to his supervisor, he said he is the CEO of a company which he claimed has offices around the world.

When I asked for a corporate address and phone number he refused to give me an address and said that the 800 number was the only number for the company. He then hung up on me. I found two U.S. addresses for the company in Georgia and Couth Carolina, but there are no phone numbers for them even by calling information and at one of them, I found 3 other businesses with the same address.

I will update this if and when my pillow comes.
