Dirty bathrooms. No hot water for hours at a time. No Wifi . They sold me wet firewood and replaced it with even wetter firewood. They refused to clean the showers at midnight when there was finnaly hot water. They said they cleaned them at 1 am. I went with my son and found them full of rocks paper towels and a used condom. You could see the chain smoking teenager who was working "security" had simply moped over the mud and trash. You could see the swirls. I asked his manager to clean me just one shower. They got that done at 4 am my son asleep already. I showered. It was warm by that time. The WIFI I was sold on while booking did not exist. They said it was broken. In one week I was there they never called anyone to fix it. I had to go to the lobby to do my work. Electricity was out for half of all RV's who then had to run gas generators at great expense to keep their food from spoiling. The rude woman at the counter told a woman who was complaining her food for the week was spoiling to "hurry up and cook it". There were so many rude people working there. I travel the U.S. and have stayed at over 50. This one has great amenities but rude LAZY staff and a bunch of service work they neglect to perform. THEY BREACHED THEIR CONTRACT TO PROVIDE ME WITH A CLEAN HOT SHOWER AND WIFI. I was on a working vacation. Spent the whole time in a lobby instead of my $107 cabin. WHAT A SCAM. I called corporate and left a voicemail. Then I emailed corporate. Then I left another voicemail. I can't wait until they are served. The $350 filling fee for federal court is so worth it for being screwed this hard. My son and I ended up having to use the pool to bathe as well as everyone else in the campground. Pricks!!!

The promised me what they did not deliver. They did not even say sorry. I am sure their lawyer will when he files his motion to dismiss and it is denied by a Federal magistrate judge. What a waste of $800 dollars +$350 filling fee.

I am a three year value rewards member. This place is a dump. The staff should travel to Hill City and see how a K.O.A should be run.

Their main office corporate customer service is NON EXISTANT.
