Cape May County Social Services denied benefits, denied heating assistance Rio Grande New Jersey

I was denied all assistance I applyed for. Even though my unemployment checks were held up for six weeks. After proving I was responsible for my own heating expenses, my case was (accidently) coded wrong. I was totally discriminated against in that office. Infact after sending me here and there I was always directed back to that office and still denied any help. Now that I'm without my own home due to a change in income beyond my control, my daughter and I are staying here and there till I can find another home to rent. Thank God, I,m back to full-time work I can afford living again. But, I feel the state should have helped me in some kind of way to avoid a homeless family.
