My name is Jay Flynn, I own Flynn Construction Co. A company that was hired directly by a property owned by "Capital Academic LLC, a.k.a. "Tutor Time," to do extensive repair and construction at their location in Gilbert, Arizona. Work was completed and Tutor Time owed my company a sum of $40,825.92 which was was established in writing on several official documents.
I did not receive ANY of this payment. Capital Academic assured me that their insurance company would pay my company in full. However, their Insurance Company (TIG Insurance) apparently did not offer coverage on Tutor Time of this type and is not paying my company. Rather than assuming responsibility for their actions, Tutor Time would rather just blame the insurance company, and say there is nothing they can do.
I am now out over $45,000 including lawyer fees, and I am currently preparing to go to court with this ridiculous company. I have a collection of signed bills, letters of recommendation, statements, etc. This money is owed to my company, bottom line, and Tutor Time knows this, and has done nothing. Please heed my advice and avoid this company's services, they are untrustworthy and not a morally sound business.
