This company is harrassing me with phone calls and sending me letter's wanting me to make a settlement offer on a creditor, Bank of America. Which they say is a 10 yrs. old debt. I have had no dealing's with or loan's from that bank. I have no bad credit, I pay my bills and I am sick of these people harrassing me.

What can I do about these liar's trying to ripoff me , for something that I don't owe.
They say the current balance is 15, 494.54 but there settlement offer is 6,197.82
These people are crazy, rude, and trying to ripp me off; they said in their letter that I had until 01-30-04 to make a
settlement with them and then I would be turned over to a collection program in accordance with state and federal law.
