CAPITAL ALLIANCE GROUP SANTA ANA CALIF. SCAM SCAM SCAM THEY WILL TAKE YOUR $$$$$ Santa Ana California

On August 26 I contacted Capital alliance for information on a loan for working capital. I was connected with repesentative Brandon Sherman who was very eager at first to want to help and collect all information. After all information was collected he then emailed me a form called a "Conditional Approval". I looked over it and was mislead by Brandon, by thinking that we would be approved for this loan as soon as we signed this approval with a payment plan. He then kept asking for a check ( in my experience a company never asks for a check unless they are depositing the money for the loan) so we gave everything over to him, that was August 27th. We did not hear from him again, and on August 29th Capital Alliance Debited our account for $195, that we were unaware of. We tried to call and only received his voicemail and a run around from the company. He then emailed us September 4th letting us know we were Not approved for the loan. And didn't have a valid reason for not approving us. When we called to ask about the debit he again ignored our calls and e-mailed us the "Conditional Approval"  stating that we authorized the ach from our account. I called the company again and was sent to another sales agent letting him know that this for is very misleading. They did not want to help and stuck with saying that they can debit the account for processing.
