Capital Choice Management Tried to get me to cash a check in the amount of$3,950.75 and send a sum of $2950.00 back to a tax agent Kingston Ontario Canada

Capital Choice sent me a check 11/29/2008 in the amount of $3,950.75. In the letter that was sent with it stated that I was a winner of a North American Letter Game. My total amount of money that was won is a sum of $40.000 US dollars.Out of the $3,950.75 I was told that I had to pay $2950.00 in tax money before I would receive the final check of $36.049 that would later by UPS or FEDEX.Before I done any thing with the check I began to look the company up on the internet to find out if it was a rip off. I am very ill and on oxygen a lot of my time and money is spent on medication and doctors. I live off one check a month. I fell that people like this should not be able to rip people off like this,they need to be put in jail.
