Capital Credit Alliance Rip-off Rude, belligerent, dirty, mean and nasty! Thank you for this site!

I, too received a CCA card in the mail today with a credit line of $6,500. I called them immediately to have my name removed from their solicitation list. Without even asking for any information from me, the representative I spoke with said to "throw it in the trash and have a good night, ma'am".

I again specified I wanted my name removed and he became very belligerent, increasingly rude and kept telling me to throw it in the trash. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he refused. I persisted and finally, after about five minutes of this, a "supervisor" got on the line. I made my request again and from the very start he had the same manner and tone as the first employee. He took my card number and said that their customer service department would remove my name.

I then asked for the customer service number and he said he did not know it. I told him that I did not believe he did not know it and asked for it again. finally, he told me he did know the number but would not give it to me because I was not a customer. I asked to speak to his supervisor and would you believe that he said he was the only one in charge!

Well, we found out differently when we called right back and asked for a supervisor and spoke to the person in charge of both of them. Supposedly, all of the calls are recorded so we asked the "real" supervisor to go back and listen to the previous call. He assured us he would but if that's how they train their people, he's also one of them. I'm sure nothing will be done about their behavior, as these are the types of people that make these businesses tick. Rude, belligerent, dirty, mean and nasty! I would recommend that if anyone receives one of these cards, cut it up and throw it away immediately! I'm really glad you had this posted on the net or we never would have know just how bad these people are.
