Capital Distribution Group Notification of a confirmed cash prize Toronto Ontario

This morning I received notification of a 9,000.00 award that I could claim by sending 19,95 to this company, if they recieved the payment within 7 days of the request deadline. Otherwise my prize would be allocated to another recipient.

The letter was undated and sent second class within the UK. The returns envelope required it to be sent to the Toronto address. No date anywere to give any indication of the prize eligibility period. What's the betting that the prize period has already expired before the letter arrived on the doormat.

It all stunk, so I checked your report service and found the report from another possible recipient for the same company with another Toronto address that she had verified as bogus.

So beware currency changes, address changes but it all seems to be the same scam, legitimised by the the short qualification period.
