I received a call saying that i qualified for a credit card. all i needed to do was to give them 29.95 and in 7 days i would receive a packet to read and then if i didn't want it i could cancell.

I never recieved my packet and they charged my checking account 2 charges. one for 99.95 and the other for 59.95. I didn't know that they were going to do that. I'm now out 189.85.

I have conttacked the company seaveral times and they tell me to send a copy of the bank statement saying that the charges were taken out. I did that. Still no money
I then call them again and they tell me to fax a copy of the reciet that i mailed it and they would refund me the money with in 1 week. Well the fax # doesn't work.
