Capital Grants Association NO MONEY, NO REFUND, NO RETURN CALLS ripoff Champlain New York

I applied for a grant for starting my own business. It all sounded so good, I paid my $299 and waited, the packet came in the mail and I filled it out and returned it. That was in June, now it is December and I have not heard from them in almost two months. The last person I talked to told me that the "meeting" to decide how much grant money I get had been done and that a letter was on the way to tell me the amount and how to recieve the money.

Well no letter and for almost two months no return calls, I have called everyday for at least six weeks. The web site is no longer valid. I am filing a report with the better business bureau. If anyone knows of litigation against them I would like to know.
