THE DECEPTION GAME.
It seems to me that we have found a deceptive car dealer in San Jose, Cal. Car makers put MSRP's or WINDOW STICKERS on cars so car buyers could have some kind of idea what it will cost if they want to buy what they are looking at.

To Kevon Carpenter at Capital Honda. I see that you had a Honda that had a window sticker of $17,100 but you sold the car to the buyer for $18,800. Why do you need to sell a car for $1700 over sticker ?

Did you tell the car buyer that you were charging $1700 OVER STICKER ? I bet not.

To all new car buyers of any make. All car makers will send to new car buyers a C.S.I. Survey By phone or by mail. This C.S.I. Survey, better known as a ( Customer Satisfaction Indext Survey ) Is very important to all new car dealers. You might call it the New car dealer's REPORT CARD.

There are some car dealers that do not want the UNHAPPY NEW CAR BUYERS to get this C.S.I. Survey. So what they will do is send false addresses and false phone number's on the UNHAPPY NEW CAR BUYER to the CAR MAKER. This will help the DECEPTIVE CAR DEALER prevent the UNHAPPY NEW CAR BUYER from getting this very important survey from the car maker. Just ask yourself this question.

CONSUMER FRAUD that could cost you your life!....
If the car maker has false contact info on you, how will the maker contact you if they have a SAFETY RE-CALL on your car?
This is going on across the country and I have proof. In the automotive industry this is called "C.S.I. Diversion. Anybody want proof ?? email me at STICKBOGART@badbusinessbureau.com

To Kevin carpenter at capital Honda. If you are diverting your C.S.I. Surveys, do you think Honda motor company would like to KNOW???

I'm not sure who wrote the malicious statement about Kevin Carpenter or Capital Honda in San Jose, California, but I wanted to let you know that from my experience it is COMPLETELY FALSE!! I was referred to Kevin at Capital by my daugther in law and from Day 1 when I was searching for a new vehicle, I was given space to search for a car and assistance when I needed it. Upon finding the car I wanted, we went in to settle the paperwork and found out that my car was advertised below dealer price. They didn't have to tell me that but I left saving money. A deceptive dealership could have kept that information from me and I would have never known otherwise. I have referred 4 people to Kevin and his team and every customer has been completely satisfied with the service at Capital Honda and has also referred others.

It's been over a year since I purchased my vehicle and the staff still treats me as though I were a brand new customer. I rate all of the satisfaction surveys at the highest levels because that's what they deserve!! I have nothing to lose or gain by writing this letter, but I just wanted people to hear from a satisfied customer.

I have been employed at Capitol Honda for Two years now. I work very closely with the entire sales staff and upper management. These two statements that I've read about Capitol Honda are absurd and sound a lot like something our neighboring Competition may have put together, in an attempt to hurt our growth. The real truth is that Capitol Honda's CSI scores are at record highs because of the extensive training process each and every one of our sales professionals go through. We call them sales professionals because that is what we train them to be. Every new hire goes through an exhaustive three week training program so he is better equipped to meet today's customer's needs. Each and every Professional sales associate can only begin work when he has proven himself to be a part of our winning team. Our Professional sales staff is trained to be most knowledgeable about our line of cars and our competition to help take the guess work out of the car buying process.

We pride ourselves on having a very expert professional sales staff that can treat our customers with the same respect that any one of us would expect when buying a car. Capitol Honda has on hand an Excel Facilitator whose primary job is to make sure our team is taking car of our customers 120% of the time. What would we be without our customers? That is the bottom line. Weekly prevention meetings are held with every employee to insure this process.

We understand that purchasing a vehicle is a major purchase that one makes in their life time. We at Capitol Honda want to be apart of that experience and offer everything here to make it a positive and memorable experience. Inappropriate treatment of our customers by any sales professional is not tolerated at Capitol Honda. All feedback from our customers is greatly appreciated even if it is negative.

We take that into serious consideration and steps are taken immediately to get to the root of the problem and make sure it never happens again. Generally the car sales business has a quick turnaround in employment.

At Capitol Honda we can proudly say that 90% of our managers have been employed with us for nearly a decade and Capitol Honda employees that have been working here for over 10 years.

I have a question for anyone who thinks Capitol Honda is using unfair business ethics. Can a dealership that sells 500 to 600 cars a month survive ripping off customers? Majority of our sales every month are due to referrals. For any customer of Capitol Honda that feels they have been treated unfairly by our establishment please contact us regardless of how big or small the situation. Customer satisfaction is top priority at Capitol Honda. Not trying to find ways to allude our customers or kink the system.

For all of our future customers that may read this, I invite you to find out the real truth at Capitol Honda, and why so many customers choose to purchase and repurchase their vehicles from us.

For our competition that may of made any malicious attempts to damage Capitol Honda's reputation. I challenge you to step it up and watch closely, you may learn a thing or two.

I had a horrendous experience with City Mitsubishi of Jacksonville, FL and never received my C.S.I.!

I had a extremely experience with this dealership from refusal to return keys to being detained several hours in their finance office. Of course I never received the C.S.I. survey because they did not want me to inform Mitsubishi Motors. It appears that Mitsubishi Motors does not care about how their dealers mistreat their customers. This dealership has a new GM. I guess the old one that robbed me did not keep up with his master's quota of defraud service members!
