CAPITAL MANAGEMENT SERVICE RIPOFF DISHONEST FRAUDULENT BILLING AND RUDENESS BUFFALO New York

I received a call from this company and kept receiving calls about a bill. This is supposed to be a bill that my mother who is a elderly person they are demanding payment a outraigest payment to settle the claim. I spoke to one female there and she was as rude as the day is long and i asked for a supervisor and she denied that there is any in the company and refused to transfer me to one. I had to call back and get another female who was as rude as the first one and she was accusing me of different things and would not listen.

I again asked for a supervisor and again i was told ther is no supervisor and had to call back and get what is suppose to be a supervisor. I spoke to him and asked for a billing list and a receipt of my mother last payment due to i sam not just going to give money away my mother and myself worked to hard for our money to just give it away. The request was made and was asked to have it in by the end of my work day and the paper work in which i was not complete and when asked to verified it he rushed and wanted the money right away. He was advised i have to check it out and it would take a day or two to even verify this bill because we were under the assumation that it was paid off. He called back again and was a rush just to trying to get paid by the end of the month within hours of the conversation. I requested to speak to somebody else and i was hung up on and was told no way.
